Hi, I'm Mike Bencze and thank you for visiting
my “Retire Risk Free” website. My goal with this
website and my talk show “Retire Risk Free with Mike
Bencze” on News Talk 1350 KSRO is to provide you with
the facts about Reverse Mortgages so that you and your family
can decide if a Reverse Mortgage may be right for you.

I provide a series of free seminars entitled”The
Truth About Reverse Mortgages”. These are educational
in nature and I make no attempt to “sell” a Reverse
Mortgage at any of my seminars. In fact, the content and subject
matter will vary from class to class because I want to answer
your questions. For that reason the seminar will take whatever
direction the participants want, often including discussion
right through lunch! Groups are comfortably small (typically
20 persons or less). I find that a good size for easy conversation.

Lastly, a word on “Retire Risk Free”.
I like the name! It started as a
name for my talk show (I wanted a catchy name). In no way,
shape or form do I intend to imply that the use of a Reverse
Mortgage will remove all the potential risks we encounter
in retirement. I do not believe that there is a “no
risk environment” ANYWHERE! Please allow me this one
indulgence, as I said, I like the name!
